Hours

Week 1: Saturday 8A-12A

Week 2: Sunday 8A-12A

Starting Wage

$26.25/hr. Plus years of experience and/or licensing

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Implement individual care plans tailored to each person's needs.
• Support community integration by encouraging participation in activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health standards.
• Document care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver consistent support

Qualifications

• Compassionate attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed care plans.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Reliable, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact.
