Veterinary Customer Service Representative, Full Time

Aurora Hills Animal Hospital is a growing two doctor practice. We focus on high quality medicine and client communication. We practice diagnostic based medicine. We take our time with our clients and make sure we treat their pets like family.

We have ultrasound, radiology (dental and full body), in house lab and therapeutic laser. We use mobile specialists in dentistry, surgery, radiology, cardiology, anesthesia, and internal medicine.

We are looking for a full time Client Service Representative to support the team. Client communication skills must be strong. We are a computer based medical record practice so computer competency is needed. Experience is required. Prior veterinary and hospitality industry experience will be prioritized. Our clients consistently say that they feel our communication is superior.

The ideal candidate will be a self starter who takes pride in their work. The candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Any candidate who loves to utilize their skills will be a good addition If you really enjoy working Saturdays we have bad don't work on Saturdays We all need a full weekend to ourselves in this field
