Warehouse Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, ensuring that products are accurately received, stocked, picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse equipment and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Duties

• Receive inbound deliveries, inspect and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Stock product in proper warehouse location.
• Pick customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure quality and order accuracy.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment using proper packaging techniques and materials.
• Generate and affix shipping labels and complete necessary documentation.
• Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
• Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely and responsibly.
• Follow company safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Perform routine inventory counts and help resolve stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
• Deliver customer orders locally using company delivery truck.

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience with basic shipping software, scanners, and Microsoft Office a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Prior delivery experience preferred, small box-truck experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
