Overview
We are a multi-disciplinary wellness clinic seeking a dedicated and skilled X-Ray Technician/Medical Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing excellent care to a wide range of patients. The ideal candidate will posses an upbeat attitude with strong multi-tasking abilities and be dependable. This position emphasizes comprehensive patient care, accurate documentation using EHR systems, and adherence to safety protocols. We are a small family owned clinic with a mission to help as many people as possible get their health back without unnecessary drugs and surgery. Must have limited Xray certification. Must be available for 10 hour days Mon-Thur 7:45am to 6:15pm

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis.
  • Assist with patient intake, including gathering medical history, recording vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
  • Support physicians and healthcare providers with medical administrative tasks such as ICD coding, documentation in EHR systems, and scheduling.
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians, following proper protocols and safety procedures.
  • Assist in various clinical duties such as taking patient histories, explaining procedures, and providing excellent patient service across diverse specialties including regenerative medicine, chiropractic and physical therapy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the clinical environment while adhering to infection control protocols.

Skills

  • Proven experience with X-ray imaging techniques and familiarity with various medical imaging modalities.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to diagnostic imaging and patient care.
  • Excellent understanding of medical terminology, ICD coding, and documentation standards within EHR systems.
  • Exceptional patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse patient populations.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
