Responsibilities

• Oversee the direct implementation of treatment plans by ABA Therapists
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all team members, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families and clinical teams

Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification & Licensure (Required)
