Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated, organized, and leadership-oriented professional who is ready to take on both sales and operational responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with prior retail or furniture sales experience who is looking to move into management. If you're eager to learn, mentor others, and play a key role in a fast-growing business, this could be the perfect fit.
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales or retail management experience preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Ability to lift 150 lbs overhead and assist with store operations as needed (preferred)
Experience with scheduling, staff training, and basic operational management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be teachable, coachable, and collaborative
Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays
Experience in product-based businesses is a plus

Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily store operations and staff workflow
Train, mentor, and motivate sales and operations team members
Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
Provide expert product recommendations and help close sales
Help manage showroom setup, furniture displays, and store organization
Oversee unloading, assembly, and inventory management as needed
Ensure the store meets operational standards and customer service goals
Work with leadership to implement promotions, improve processes, and hit sales targets
Act as a point of contact for staff and support problem-solving on the floor

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20/ hour to start (based on experience) + frequent team performance bonuses. Will raise steadily once fully trained, and if expectations are met.
