Staff-Up is seeking a great-energy, customer service driven, self sufficient, Bilingual Receptionist to run the front desk of our staffing agency

We experience all types of personalities come through our door and need a strong presence to welcome new applicants, assist them with their application, set them up for their interview process, all while displaying exceptional customer service skills.

STARTING Pay: $18.00 hourly

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
-Making copies and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
- Assist candidates with completing their interviews
- Check Candidates in for their interviews

-Maintaining recruiting schedule and calling to confirm arrivals

-Calling and scheduling candidates

-Set up candidates to complete hiring documents

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in typing and light data entry
- Experience working in Customer Service Roles or similar background
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Reliability and dependability are a MUST You are running the front of our agency, we need someone we can depend on to be at work on time everyday. Teamwork and community are the main focus for our office, and reception is that glue

This position requires the ability to multitask and possess strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
