Full Stack Engineer

Terrakotta is on a mission to transform the $1 trillion commercial real estate industry with intelligent sales automation. We build cutting-edge tools that empower brokers and investors to prospect faster, research smarter, and close more deals—using AI-driven workflows.

We're looking for a full stack engineer who can ship product end-to-end: someone who can move quickly from mockups to production code, iterate based on feedback, and own meaningful pieces of the platform.

Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base salary, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and ship full stack features that power our core product (React, Tailwind CSS, and Python)
• Work closely with the founder and design team to deliver high-impact updates weekly
• Architect product roadmap for new product lines

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and ship complete features end-to-end
• Comfort working with REST APIs and modern frontend frameworks
• Self-motivated, fast-paced builder comfortable in an early-stage environment
• Bonus: experience with AWS, OpenAI APIs, or geospatial data is a plus
