About the Role:

We are looking for a
Senior Learning and Development Specialist
to support capability building across our manufacturing operations. This role is critical to developing frontline talent, strengthening technical knowledge, and supporting long-term workforce sustainability.

This position blends
hands-on execution
with
strategic development
, supporting learning programs from planning to delivery. You will work closely with frontline leaders, operators, maintenance teams, and external partners, especially local colleges, to build technical training pipelines for our growing operation.

What You're Going to Do:

Learning Programs & Capability Development

• Develop, update, and support
  career pathways
  and training roadmaps for hourly operational roles.
• Support technical learning programs, including
  apprenticeship-style initiatives
  for Maintenance and Operations.
• Partner with local colleges and training institutions to create and strengthen talent pipelines.
• Implement and maintain corporate L&D methodologies in alignment with Suzano Brazil's practices.
• Assist in designing and executing pilot programs and new learning initiatives.

Training Planning & Execution

• Support all logistics of training events: prepare rooms, schedule sessions, organize materials, and manage supplies.
• Conduct needs assessments with frontline leaders to understand training gaps and on-the-job learning opportunities.
• Assist in content adaptation, training facilitation, and development of operational learning tools.
• Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and data organization for learning activities.
