Territory Sales Manager - Houston, TX

Job Description

Position Summary:
Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned geographic region by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. This role focuses on expanding market share, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets through in-person visits, presentations, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed territory goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct in-person sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to decision-makers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory updates.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions as required.
