Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to promote safety.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Collaborate with team members during busy hours, including nightclub or banquet events, to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold all food safety regulations and sanitation practices consistent with hospitality industry standards.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and food industry standards related to serving alcohol responsibly.
• Proven skills in time management and multitasking during high-volume service periods.
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, showcasing versatility across different hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with retail math for inventory management and sales tracking is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
