• Assist lead installers with the installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories

• Support the setup and breakdown of job sites, including equipment staging and material handling

• Crawl regularly in attics and crawl spaces, climb ladders, and work outdoors as needed

• Help educate customers about the equipment and accessories being installed

• Communicate with customers in a professional and polite manner

• Learn and adhere to local building codes and installation standards

• Assist with startup and testing procedures under the guidance of a lead installer

• Learn to braze, correctly size, and run piping per manufacturer specifications

• Stay informed about new industry products, tools, and technologies

• Represent the company through professional performance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly (this position involves heavy lifting)

• Prior experience in HVAC, construction, mechanical trades, or related fields preferred (HVAC install experience a plus but not required)

• Ability to regularly access crawl spaces, attics, and elevated work areas

• EPA Certification is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates

• All candidates must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record (recent DMV record required)

• Evaluation based on demonstrated education, experience, and skills
