Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in various settings such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquets. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to provide a welcoming atmosphere and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately using POS systems.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink pairings during events or busy service periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks in compliance with local laws.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours in nightclubs or banquets.
• Basic math skills for drink preparation measurements and cash transactions.
• Must be of legal drinking age as required by local regulations.
