At Elteni, you'll be part of a tight-knit team of cybersecurity professionals who take pride in their craft, operate with integrity, and deliver meaningful results, without the bureaucracy of large consulting firms.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior team members to plan and execute cybersecurity engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and consistent client satisfaction.
  • Perform a variety of cybersecurity assessments leveraging Elteni's proprietary tools and methodologies, including vulnerability assessments, technical network assessments, cloud security reviews (Azure, AWS, GCP), Microsoft 365 reviews
  • Develop and enhance cybersecurity documentation, such as policies, procedures, incident response plans (IRP), and business continuity plans (BCP).
  • Contribute to third-party risk assessments by sending and reviewing diligence requests, interpreting findings, and advising clients on mitigation strategies.
  • Assist with preparing and presenting clear, concise, and technically accurate reports for a range of client stakeholders, from technical staff to management.
  • Assist with providing actionable recommendations for improving clients' security posture, drawing on your technical and risk management expertise.
  • Participate in internal initiatives related to service improvement, process development, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications

  • Extremely strong oral and written communication skills is a must
  • Basic understanding of technical security as it applies to infrastructure, network, application, cloud, and mobility domains
  • Conceptual knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST , NIST CSF, CIS, COBIT, etc.
  • Ability to translate remediation advice to technical and non-technical professionals
  • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new initiatives and ever-changing client needs
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive in one's own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks
  • Motivation and desire to learn
  • No prior work experience is needed, however exposure to information security is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training (preferred) ideally with a concentration in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a comparable field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
