Technical NetSuite & Coupa Consultant- Contract to Hire- Remote

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Security, and consulting partners to optimize, integrate, and scale NetSuite & Coupa in a growing multi-entity environment.
• Serve as a utility consultant—jumping into diverse projects, tools, and technologies.
• Develop SuiteScript, configure workflows, and manage NetSuite administration.
• Configure and maintain financial systems, custom fields, records, workflows, and user roles.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, posting failures, and data inconsistencies.
• Support process automation, system enhancements, and UAT testing.
• Create dashboards, saved searches, and reports to support financial close and forecasting.
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance accuracy, compliance, and performance.
• Document system updates and SOPs to promote clarity and audit readiness.
• Lead stabilization and optimization initiatives for long-term scalability.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of NetSuite technical experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong SuiteScript and SuiteFlow development skills.
• Expertise across NetSuite modules: GL, AP/AR, approvals, roles, and reporting.
• 1+ years of Coupa experience (administration, integrations, configurations).
• Understanding of audit/SOX compliance and integration customizations.
• Ability to translate business needs into smart system solutions.
• Consultative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and lending a hand where it's needed most.
