Busser/Food Runner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner/Busser to join our team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.

Duties
- Transport food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery
- Support bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer needs or inquiries promptly

Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Knowledge of catering, hotel, or restaurant operations is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and basic food handling practices
