Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and capable of handling various tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greets and assist guests and visitors at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Checks facility use schedules and is accessible to patrons during activities/rentals.
- Prepares and opens facilities for reservations, programs and special events.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide customer support by addressing guests concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down rooms and events
- Participate assist at events
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
