Sales Manager's Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager with daily tasks and operations.
• Move and position vehicles for optimal merchandising.
• Provide OnStar demonstrations for purchasing customers.
• Learn and assist in financing processes.
• Greet and engage customers on the lot.
• Follow up with sales customers and encourage positive survey responses.
• Master CRM software (VINSolutions) to track leads and customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
• Schedule showroom visits and manage appointments.
• Answer incoming sales calls professionally.
• Stay current with factory training and certification requirements.
• Master dealership management software (CDK).
• Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and file organization.

Requirements:

• Professional appearance and dress at all times.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Polished phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Growth:

• Pay Range: $12 - $20/hour (based on experience & qualifications).
• Potential for advancement into management.

• Work directly under the Sales Manager for mentorship and development.
