About the Role
We're looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Operations & Sales Assistant to support our growing vintage and reworked fashion brand. This is a dynamic, hands-on position for someone who loves fashion, small business, and community-driven retail experiences.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment and wants to grow alongside a brand.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Event Support
- Assist with in-person sales at pop-up shops, markets, and special events
- Help with packing, loading, transporting, setting up, and breaking down event displays
- Provide warm, on-brand customer service and product knowledge
- Process transactions through POS systems (Shopify, Square, etc.)
- Maintain organized, visually curated booth and studio displays
Inventory & Product Support
- Assist with inventory organization, tagging, steaming, and merchandise preparation
- Help track inventory before and after events
- Support restocking and inventory flow between studio, storage, and events
Social Media Support
- Assist in capturing behind-the-scenes content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Support idea generation for content, Reels, and Stories
- Help maintain consistent brand voice and visual storytelling
E-commerce Support
- Assist with uploading products and organizing collections on the website
- Help write product descriptions and optimize images
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipping
- Support customer service through basic inquiries and order updates
Studio & Operations Support
- Assist with studio organization and daily workflows
- Maintain clean, functional, and inspiring workspaces
- Support operational systems as the business grows
- Help create and maintain efficient processes and routines
Growth Opportunity

REVIMODE is in an exciting expansion phase, having established roots in New York City and New Jersey and now planting new roots in Austin, Texas. As the business continues to grow, this role will naturally grow alongside it. We're looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and excited to learn, contribute ideas, and evolve with the brand long-term.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in fashion, vintage, jewelry, or creative retail
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift boxes, unpack inventory, and stand for extended periods at events
- Willingness to learn systems such as Shopify, POS platforms, and social tools
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)
- Experience in retail, events, or pop-ups
- Photography or videography skills
- Experience with Canva or content editing tools
- Social media savvy
