About the opportunity:

We're looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our Operations and Logistics team. This individual will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of inventory within the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining compliance with safety and operational procedures. The role supports inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and overall warehouse organization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records to support operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Document all shipping and receiving transactions in WMS and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and stage outbound shipments using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP tools.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations to maintain order and accessibility.
• Label packages with accurate shipping information and verify all documentation for correctness.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

The experience and skills we value:

• Experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and shipping software.
• Ability to work effectively and achieve department goals under time constraints and quality pressures.
• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification
