Join our dynamic team as an Order Picker in Madison, Wisconsin! We are looking for dedicated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick products for customer orders. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, locating specified items using an order list or scanning device, and preparing them for the next stage of the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities include accurately identifying and retrieving products, checking for damages or discrepancies, and staging picked items for packing or sorting. You will also be expected to maintain the organization of your picking area and assist with inventory counts as needed. Regular physical activity, including walking, bending, and lifting, is a key component of this role. Strict adherence to all safety procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required to ensure your well-being. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on order lists or scanning devices.
- Verify product accuracy and quantity.
- Stage picked items for packing or shipping.

- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment preferred.
