We are looking for an industrious Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is pivotal in supporting the efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. The ideal candidate is someone who is physically capable, detail-oriented, and prioritizes safety above all else. Responsibilities include handling incoming shipments, accurately stocking inventory on shelves, fulfilling customer orders by locating and retrieving items, and preparing packages for delivery. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential for optimizing logistics flow and ensuring a safe environment for everyone. This position requires the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including significant lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating basic warehouse machinery. Compliance with all company safety guidelines and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. We seek motivated individuals who can work collaboratively as part of a team and also manage tasks independently. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but a strong commitment to learning and performing duties with precision is most important. Responsibilities:
