Join our vibrant distribution center in San Jose, California as a Distribution Center Associate! We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to contribute to the seamless operation of our warehouse. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your commitment to accuracy and efficiency is vital to meeting our customers' needs. You will operate various warehouse equipment, handle inventory with care, and ensure that all processes are completed in accordance with company standards. This role is essential to our logistics network, ensuring that products reach their destinations promptly and in excellent condition. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all associates are required to follow strict safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires a good level of physical stamina, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, as well as standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and stock rotation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear and maintain all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
