We are searching for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for navigating our warehouse to retrieve specific items from shelves based on order details. This role requires precision, speed, and a strong commitment to accuracy to ensure that our customers receive exactly what they ordered. You will utilize scanning equipment and potentially handheld devices to track inventory and update order statuses. Your ability to work efficiently and maintain a high level of accuracy is paramount to our operations. We emphasize a safe working environment, and all team members are expected to follow all safety guidelines and wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). This position involves significant walking, bending, and frequently lifting items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Use RF scanners and order sheets to identify and locate items.
- Ensure picked items match order requirements precisely.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain productivity standards for picking speed and accuracy.
- Keep the picking area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- Wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as stocking or packing.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment.
