Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will span across various functions within the fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for dispatch. Key duties include accurately picking items from shelves using order sheets or RF scanners, carefully packing products to ensure they arrive safely at their destination, and applying shipping labels and necessary documentation. This position is vital to our logistics chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and satisfactory manner. You'll work in a dynamic environment where speed and accuracy are paramount. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to quality are essential. We emphasize a safe working environment, and all team members are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines diligently. This role requires consistent lifting of items up to 50 lbs and involves standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Responsibilities:
