Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics team in Richmond, Virginia! This role is central to the smooth functioning of our distribution center, involving a variety of tasks critical to inventory management and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using RF scanners.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
  • Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
  • Stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required), following all Safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict compliance with Safety regulations and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime as needed.
  • Understanding and adherence to warehouse Safety standards.
