Become a key contributor to our Portland, Oregon logistics team as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to assist in the daily operations of our busy distribution center. Your responsibilities will span across various warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role is essential to our supply chain, ensuring that products move efficiently and accurately from our facility to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other provided technology.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load outbound trucks efficiently and safely.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with full inventory checks.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Properly utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A strong understanding and commitment to workplace Safety.
