As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring that products are handled with care and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately using RF scanners.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking procedures.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to logistics and operations.
- Properly utilize and maintain all required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety standards and the correct use of PPE.
