Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our innovative team in the heart of San Francisco, California. This role is essential to our Logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and with the utmost care. Your primary responsibilities will involve picking and packing a wide variety of products, managing inventory within your designated areas, and preparing orders for shipment. You will utilize state-of-the-art warehouse technology and equipment, always prioritizing Safety and adhering to all established protocols, including the diligent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical agility, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong teamwork skills and a commitment to meeting productivity targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse or fulfillment roles and a passion for contributing to a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and other devices.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring quality and quantity checks.
  • Prepare finished orders for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including consistent use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety concerns.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar Logistics role preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse Safety procedures and the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
