Seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our busy warehouse in Washington, D.C. If you have a proven track record of operating forklifts safely and efficiently, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will be responsible for moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting inventory within the warehouse. This role is critical to our logistics flow, ensuring that materials are handled properly and efficiently. You will operate various types of forklifts, including reach trucks and pallet jacks, to support shipping and receiving operations. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as strict adherence to all safety procedures, is paramount. Proper use and maintenance of PPE is mandatory. We are committed to providing a secure and productive environment for all our employees. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control is highly desirable. This position requires excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to perform tasks requiring physical dexterity. You must be comfortable with lifting and maneuvering materials. Join our dedicated team and contribute to the efficient operations of our D.C. logistics hub. Certification and a clean driving record are required. This is a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly.
