Job Summary:
We are looking for a certified Forklift Operator to join our busy Cincinnati, Ohio warehouse. This role is essential for the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout our facility. You will operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials, playing a critical part in our logistics operations. A strong commitment to Safety, attention to detail, and proficiency in operating various types of forklifts are required. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to our operational success. Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
  • Transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment to ensure operational Safety and readiness.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking and retrieving items.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper use of required PPE at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, free from hazards.
  • Support overall logistics operations by ensuring timely material handling.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
  • Follow all instructions from supervisors regarding material placement and movement.

Qualifications:
  • Valid forklift operator certification is required.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse Safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Knowledge of logistics and material handling principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions carefully.
  • Good communication skills.
