Job Summary:
Become an essential part of our state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Seattle, Washington, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to contribute to the seamless operation of our warehouse. Your role will involve a range of critical tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and preparing shipments for delivery. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe work environment, requiring the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical capability, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds, as well as standing and moving throughout your shift. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items based on order requirements.
  • Pack orders with care and efficiency, ensuring product safety.
  • Label shipments correctly and stage them for pickup.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the distribution center.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use designated PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient handling of all products within our logistics operations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties to support the warehouse.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is advantageous.
