Join our growing warehouse operations in Boise, Idaho, as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our logistics team in fulfilling customer orders with speed and accuracy. This role is essential for ensuring timely delivery of products and maintaining customer satisfaction. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating products in the warehouse, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring all orders are processed correctly. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, and a commitment to Safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from inventory based on order specifications.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Use RF scanners and other technology to track order fulfillment progress.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Perform tasks involving Lifting and moving packages of varying weights.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment targets.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.
- Report any stock inaccuracies or damages to supervisors.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse environment.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required. Basic reading and comprehension skills. Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work at a steady pace and perform tasks involving physical activity, including Lifting. Understanding of Safety protocols in a warehouse setting. Familiarity with logistics and order fulfillment is a plus.
