We are seeking energetic Warehouse Associates to join our expanding operations in Orlando, Florida! This role is vital to our logistics network, ensuring the efficient handling of goods within our facility. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and performing inventory control. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy. Safety is our utmost concern; therefore, strict adherence to all safety regulations and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE are expected. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform significant lifting, stand for long periods, and move around the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect shipments accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stage products for shipment and coordinate with carriers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and certified.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE, such as safety vests, steel-toed boots, and gloves.
- Meet daily performance targets for picking, packing, and shipping.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
