We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of our warehouse by performing various essential duties. These include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Your role is integral to our logistics network, ensuring timely movement of goods and maintaining inventory accuracy. A strong emphasis is placed on safety , and adherence to all guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ), is mandatory. We foster a team-oriented environment where hard work is recognized.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other hand tools.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all company safety regulations and procedures diligently.
- Assist with inventory checks and counts.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Properly use and maintain all required PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor setting is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- A proactive approach to workplace safety .
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all PPE requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
