You'll learn how to manage customer relationships, understand technical specifications, and support the sales process under the guidance of experienced engineers. Key Responsibilities
Support customer enquiries, quotations, and proposals. Learn to interpret technical datasheets and product specifications. Assist with product demonstrations and presentations. Maintain CRM records and track the sales pipeline. Conduct market research and qualify opportunities. Shadow senior engineers on client calls and visits. Skills & Experience
0-3 years' experience in sales, engineering, or technical support (graduates welcome). Interest in electromechanical systems or engineering solutions.
