As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and supporting the wider sales function. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, customer–focused individual with experience in logistics or freight forwarding who is looking to build their career within a dynamic and fast‑growing organisation.
Responsibilities
Proactively generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and targeted prospecting
Qualify opportunities and book appointments for the external sales team
Prepare quotations, rate proposals, and service information tailored to customer requirements
Follow up on all sales enquiries to maximise conversion rates
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Support the sales team with market research, pipeline updates, and CRM administration
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Achieve monthly KPIs and contribute to overall revenue growth
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer‑facing commercial roles
Background in freight forwarding and logistics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, proactive, and target‑driven approach
Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
