Sales Advisor – High Wycombe (HP12 3RS) – Plumb Centre

Responsibilities
Assist customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations.
Deal with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
Perform general warehouse duties including picking and packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries, and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, with one Saturday a week, 8 am‑12 pm (paid as overtime).
Qualifications
Previous retail sales and customer service or warehouse experience will be beneficial.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team.
