POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Digital Delivery Platform Manager to join our team This role oversees the configuration, reliability, and ongoing improvement of MOREgroup's digital delivery platforms, including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Newforma, and Bluebeam. This role ensures these tools effectively support design and project delivery by maintaining standards, coordinating vendor support, helping teams use the platforms efficiently through training and best practices.

The ideal candidate enjoys being part of a growing team and organization, with a positive attitude and supportive mind set. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison to third-party software vendors, consultants, and managed service providers, guiding escalations, troubleshooting workflows, and coordinating service engagements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize digital delivery platforms such as, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma, Konekt, and Bluebeam, to ensure reliability, performance, and smooth integration with design workflows.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, templates, and workflows, while monitoring platform health, usage, and interoperability.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party support for troubleshooting, escalations, and issue resolution, documenting all changes and updates.
  • Develop and maintain platform standards, including project setup, naming conventions, permissions, and document control, and conduct audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Conduct platform audits, compliance reviews, and usage assessments to ensure data integrity and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Provide user support, coaching, and troubleshooting, and create training programs, guides, onboarding resources, and FAQs to promote consistent platform usage.
  • Collobartate with project teams, IT, and vendors to ensure platforms meet project requirements, coordinating licensing and participating in vendor roadmap sessions and product evaluations.
  • Deliver optimized platform environments, governance documentation, training materials, health reports, audit findings, and records of vendor interactions and support outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AEC digital delivery, platform administration, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of AEC workflows, BIM process, digital collaboration, and project information management.
  • Proven ability to configure and manage cloud-based platforms, including user permissions, templates, and workflows.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting platform reliability and performance.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience with automation, APIs, or scripting tools (such as Dynamo, Power Automate, Python) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to anticipate and adopt new technologies to improve workflows and outcomes.
  • Strong collaborating skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, disciplines, and vendors.
  • Results-oriented approach with a focus on accountability, quality, and dependable execution.
  • One or more of the following certifications preferred: Autodesk Certified Professional, Newforma Administrator, Bluebeam Certified Professional, PMP, or ITIL.
