Position: Warehouse Inventory Controller

Pay: $19-$22 per hour - depending on years of continued experience

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (1-hour break)

We are a textile company seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Inventory Controller to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. We are located in Miami, near MIA airport. The position we are looking for is a WAREHOUSE LEAD

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently pick, cut, package, ship, label and properly organize rolls of fabric so that there are no inventory discrepancies. This includes checking stock and creating invoice using our ERP. The position requires regular lifting of fabric rolls weighing between 20–50 lbs. Forklift operation is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, cut, package, label, and ship fabric orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule and create shipment labels

Complete daily inventory logs and documentation

Receive, unload, label, and store incoming inventory

Perform inventory control and maintain high quality standards for audits while using our ERP, Outlook and excel

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized space within the warehouse to maintain efficiency and space ultilization

Check stock and create invoices for the customers

Report inventory discrepancies promptly, and problem solve mistakes

Communicate and collaborate effectively with supervisors and coworkers

Operate and perform preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment

Follow all quality standards, procedures, rules, and safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience

Some computer literacy so can track inventory and orders on our ERP

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to accept constructive criticism

Ability to lift 20–50 lbs regularly

Must have reliable transportation
