About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Delivery Driver / Warehouse Attendant to support daily warehouse operations and local deliveries (Houston, San Antonio, Austin included) for a fast-growing tile and stone company. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to keeping our logistics running smoothly. You'll split your time between the warehouse and the road—loading orders, operating equipment, and delivering materials safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Driving

• Safely operate company vehicles (including box trucks and cargo vans; manual transmission experience strongly preferred).
• Load, secure, and transport pallets/boxes/cases/crates of stone/tile orders to customers, job sites, and showrooms.
• Follow efficient routes and delivery schedules for on-time service.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service during deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.

Warehouse Operations

• Load and unload inbound/outbound materials using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders with high accuracy.
• Assist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, orderly warehouse.
• Safely lift and move heavy materials (stone and tile boxes frequently range from 30–70 lbs).
• Maintain documentation for deliveries, pickups, inventory movement, and damaged goods.
• Help keep the warehouse and yard safe by following proper procedures and reporting hazards.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in delivery driving, route driving, courier work, or warehouse operations.
• Experience loading/unloading freight and using forklifts and pallet jacks (we will certify onsite).
• Strong communication and customer-service skills. Spanish speaking is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable driving box trucks and cargo vans; manual transmission experience is a major plus.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move heavy materials with proper technique.
• Dependability—showing up on time, following procedures, and taking pride in quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Flexibility for occasional route changes, schedule adjustments, or overtime.
