Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team for a short term contract that ends on Feb 1st. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary focus will be on preventing and responding to security incidents to ensure the protection of assets and individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter any suspicious activity
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to identify potential security threats
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance
- Enforce property regulations and emergency procedures
- Provide visible deterrence to prevent unauthorized access
- Complete thorough reports documenting any security incidents or breaches
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Skills:
- Proficiency in first aid and CPR techniques
- Experience in surveillance and loss prevention strategies
- Possession of relevant certificates or licenses (e.g., armed security license)
- Ability to militarize quickly in high-stress situations
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security technologies
- Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
