The Role

We're looking for an Accounting & Operations Manager who is equal parts analytical and operational—someone who loves working with numbers but also thrives in the day-to-day rhythm of a fast-moving brand. You will own financial reporting, maintain inventory accuracy across all channels, and help build the systems that keep ALŌH running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional operations spanning accounting, logistics, and inventory.
• Maintain accurate COGS by SKU and update company reporting.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and wholesale customer applications.
• Managing inventory across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and warehouse reports.
• Allocate and track shipping along with costs for accurate margin reporting.
• Oversee daily order management and fulfillment through Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and wholesale channels.
• Run Amazon/Shopify/Walmart sales reports, pivot tables, and financial analysis.
• Identify operational efficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Manage the monthly financial close, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in accounting, finance, or operations.
• Strong QuickBooks and Excel (pivot tables, reporting).
• Experience in ecommerce/consumer products is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with macOS, and Google Workspace.
