Evening Receptionist – Grafton Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Grafton Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a reliable and professional Evening Receptionist to join our team. This is an important front-desk position responsible for greeting visitors, assisting residents and families, and supporting daily office operations.

We are under new management and building a strong, friendly, and organized team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome all visitors, families, and vendors in a professional manner
• Answer and route phone calls
• Assist residents and staff with basic requests
• Maintain visitor logs and follow facility policies
• Support simple clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with nursing, administration, and other departments

Requirements:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and professional phone skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
• Basic computer and office skills
• Must be able to manage a steady flow of visitors and calls
