Overview
Clearpath Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of financial operations, and a passion for food production and hospitality management. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the success of our establishment.

Duties

  • Supervise and manage all aspects of operations, including staffing, training, and development of team members.
  • Oversee food production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control, as well as the ability to analyze financial reports and use insights to drive performance.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of food management.
  • Develop training programs to enhance staff skills and improve service delivery.
  • Take ownership of financial performance and implement strategies for cost control and profit generation.

Skills

  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams in a fast, casual dining restaurant.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Strong background in food production and hospitality management.
  • Proficient in supervising staff and providing constructive feedback.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Experience with POS systems for operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Ability to develop training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • College education in hospitality management, business, or a related field is helpful.
