Position Overview:

As a rapidly growing third-party self-storage management company, we are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Project Manager to lead the onboarding of new facilities into our platform. This role is pivotal to our expansion and requires someone who excels in fast-paced environments, communicates with clarity, and can manage multiple moving parts with confidence.

As the primary point of contact for new clients, the Project Manager will guide them through each step of the onboarding journey, from pre-transition planning to go-live execution and early operational handoff. At the same time, this person serves as the internal customer advocate, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning internal stakeholders across Customer Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, and more. The ideal candidate will thrive on both sides of the process: delivering excellent client experience

while driving internal accountability and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the End-to-End Onboarding Process

  • Manage onboarding from contract signing through go-live and early stabilization.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and documentation using HubSpot
    .
  • Coordinate across internal departments, including Customer Operations, Marketing, Finance, Support and IT, to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Track progress, flag risks, and drive accountability across all phases of onboarding.

2. Be the Client's Trusted Guide and Advocate

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing a consistent and responsive experience throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Set clear expectations, proactively address questions or concerns, and communicate changes or updates.
  • Support client education on tools, timelines, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure the client feels heard, informed, and confident in the transition process.

3. Ensure Technical Accuracy and Vendor Readiness

  • Oversee property setup and configuration in platforms such as StorEdge and SiteLink.
