Our client, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their growing New York team. What You'll Do:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue motions
• Attend court conferences and oral arguments
