Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor upon arrival.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar technology.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean work area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Uphold the highest standards of food handling and safety practices in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining or nightclub environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Familiarity with culinary terminology and food handling practices is advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
