Warehouse Associate

Who We Are: INM Marketing Group is a promotional product distributor based in Carrollton, Texas. For over 35 years, INM has been helping clients create meaningful connections through strategic and creative branded merchandise. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in getting shipments out accurately and on time.

The Position: The Warehouse Associate performs order fulfillment, receiving, inventory management, and program kit assembly using warehouse management software as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Location: Carrollton, TX

Compensation: $18-$20/Hour

Work Hours:8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (full-time, 40 hours/week) Includes: 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks

Job Expectations:

· Fill and ship online store orders within 48 hours (print, pull, pack, label, ship)

· Receive incoming goods: count, inspect, and update inventory in warehouse software

· Assemble and ship program kits on scheduled dates

· Use , Shipstation, and Slack daily to manage tasks and communicate with team

· Follow established processes precisely and maintain 98% accuracy on shipments

· Keep warehouse organized: label inventory, maintain clean work areas

· Participate in weekly planning meetings and daily check-ins

Requirements:

· Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

· Strong attention to detail with ability to follow processes precisely

· Comfortable using multiple software systems daily (training provided on , Shipstation, OMG, Slack)

· Responsive communication: same-day Slack replies, 24-hour email responses

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack safely

· Comfortable standing and moving throughout the day

Preferred:

· Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory management experience

· Familiarity with Excel or inventory software

· Self-starter who can work independently during slower periods
