Eaton Chiropractic is a patient-centered practice in Kennesaw, GA, dedicated to helping our community achieve better health through compassionate chiropractic care. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring that every patient has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

Collect payments

Verify insurance information

Maintain accurate records

Assist with patient flow to keep the office running smoothly

Provide support to doctors and team members as needed

Uphold a positive, welcoming atmosphere in the clinic

Be an Octopus

Qualifications

Previous front desk, customer service, or medical office experience preferred (but not required – training provided)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and multitasking

Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance

Friendly personality with a genuine passion for helping people

Availability to travel once per year for a 2-day professional training seminar (all travel expenses covered by the practice)

Schedule

Full-time,

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (noon)

No nights or weekends required

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $18–$20 per hour (commensurate with experience)
